SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments are delivered by StarTrack or Australia Post within 3-5 business days.
Responsibility for the parcel transfers to StarTrack upon departure from our facility. StarTrack’s responsibility concludes once the parcel has been delivered to the nominated delivery location and photographic evidence of delivery has been recorded.
Shipping fees are calculated by weight and Postcode at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Timeframe: within 48 hours of delivery date.
Condition of the item: The product being returned is expected to be in its original condition, unused and packaging intact.
Return at buyer's cost unless advised otherwise.
Bakery, Easter and fragile items must be handled with care & kept in cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
Unfortunately, we can only offer a 50% credit on breakages due to transport.
